You can see in the pic where the o2 sensors go.

I have put about 300 miles on the headers and have had 0 problems, the car actually feels much much faster now than on the dyno day. I think the ecu has learned it and I will be taking it back for another dyno.

Also, this is weird and I don't know what to think of it yet, but the CEL is gone. It turned off on it's own about 50 miles ago and hasn't come back. I will report more on that later.

Also, the car now sounds 100% stock. There is 0 noise increase with my header and stock exhaust.

Ok,now I'm so confused.
I'm sure a couple of others may be too.
The fact that the headers do not make the engine louder has me interested.

CEL,O2 sim,cats etc.
What does one need to do to install these Mazzuri headers to have no engine light come on and pass state inspection both visually and out the pipe on a 250 AWD?That is if available for the AWD.
Is it worth it?

^^^ If you want to pass the visual inspection, you will need to move to Puerto Rico.

In NJ,it's every two years for vehicle inspection after 4 years for a new car.
Exhaust is checked along with a mirror check to see under the car.
So it looks like a no-no on the headers.

i dunno why you think that.. theres is plenty of "i dont give a *****" inspection places u can goto.. atleast in the dallas area.. i used to goto one when i had 5% tint.. and i have friends that goto different ones b/c they are running straight pipes.

bottom line is.. this is a performance part. it is for "off-road use only" because it makes such big power. if you want to make power, you are not going to pass smog, if you wanted something that was "legal" or care SO much about a damn light, then just dont mod your engine.

Narrow minded and wrong...

It's "off-road use only" because of the missing cats, not because it "makes such big power". There are also plenty of ways to make power that don't cause a CEL.

the IS350 headers are go on sale on Friday!!!!

No dyno numbers as of yet, and I hear that no numbers will be forth coming from Mazzuri.

So who will be the brave soul that will buy a set of headers, pay for installation, and have a dyno done?

I would be willing to kick in for a dyno fund if someone in the So. Cal. L.A. area is willing to take the plunge; i'm focusing on the L.A. area because I really want to see first hand the headers on a 350.
