While I'm just as enquisitive as anyone else on this board about a set of custom headers, I'd like to say a thing or two.

Starting a thread with a title like mazzuri super headers is going to cause an Admin or Moderator to close it. I have nothing against the person or the company. If someone has a set I would encourage them to post their pics, dyno sheet and/or their personal review but be aware that this forum operates like a business and anyone who isn't a sponsor is soliciting sales and would get banned. I'm not a mod or admin here but I'm well aware of the forum rules and would like to share that with a few who are unaware of them.

From their work on the IS300 I would assume that they would be able to take on a challenge like building a custom set for the 2IS but them not being sponsors here would be a big problem for them to post anything themselves since it would encourage business towards their own product. You can find a thread that was closed not too far below on this micro-forum with almost the exact same thread title for the same reason.

As most have already figured out a custom set of headers for this vehicle are not going to be cheap and would require R&D that would probably involve dyno and down time which most of us don't have for these cars since they are so new. If you're serious of them being made I would contact them and see what can be arranged but I know from past experiences that having too many people mention the same thread title would upset a few mods or admins and have may have them take actions on guys posting thread titles of such. I'm hoping this message becomes clear to everyone and we can all move on until a good product emerges someday in the near future. Until then we need to stop looking for a goose on the middle of the desert.

Just a thought- wouldn't it only be unfair to other vendors if there -were- any other vendors selling IS350 headers?
(I guess you could count the IS250 headers that 'fit' the 350, but I wouldn't).

people.....let's all just calm down!!!!

I think that the only puropse of the posts is to find out about the mazzuri headers for the IS350.

I don't think any CL members or Daniel are trying to get around the vendor requirments.

This thread is calm. Actually, your post seems to be the only one that isn't.

Looks like he's finished the headers for the 250. Found this on my.is:

^^ woah woah woah!! those are nice hp gains.. but he says the car sounds almost the same??

I just got a full exhaust installed and when going fast it sounds 5 times louder than my HKS Hi power.. i bet with those headers my car would sound about 20 times louder..

I agree that the noise must be alot louder. It looks like the cats are gone, so the noise will definitely be alot more. Not to be a doubting Thomas, but the claim of 30whp on a IS350 seems to be a bit high.

I hope he has a dyno done on an IS350.

Overall, I am looking forward to a comparison between the JUNTW and the Mazzuri headers.

Mazzuri Headers

JUN-TW Headers

neither has a bung hole for the O2 sensor?!?!? I wonder if the cats can be installed father down the line to deaden the sound?

the mazzui's are $650 while the jun's are $1800......

for 21 ponies at the rear and another 25wtq, thats not bad for 650......the jun's do claim higher power on their dyno, only way for sure to know is for some independent test of the jun's
