I think, Lexus says @ 50,000 miles. I like to change mine @ 30k miles. But at $ 100 + dollars a set then i might wait until 50k.

I think they are platinum spark plus that need to be replaced every 100,000 miles.

They're Denso Iridiums. I've heard 35,000 miles, not the 100,000 that platinums are told to change. I scanned the manual and supplement and didn't really see anything specific. The Denso site says 60,000 miles.

They are Iridium denso spark plugs and their service interval is at 60k service. Look it up in your owners maintanance manual. You should only use OEM plugs for replacement. The plugs are abot 2 times longer than the standard plugs and no one makes replacement plugs that will work right. The plugs is designed this way since it has to be placed in the exact center of the combustion chamber. The fuel is injected directly onto it from the direct injectors.

Here is the information that I found:

EG-130 ENGINE — 2GR-FSE ENGINE
3. Spark Plug
Long-reach type spark plugs are used. This type of spark plugs allows the area of the cylinder head to
receive the spark plugs to be made thick. Thus, the water jacket can be extended near the combustion
chamber, which contributes to cooling performance.
The triple ground electrode type iridium-tipped spark plugs are used to achieve a 60,000 miles (100,000
km) maintenance interval. By making the center electrode of iridium, it is possible to achieve superior
ignition performance and durability when compared to platinum-tipped spark plugs. Furthermore, two
ground electrodes have been added to further improve ignitability, wear resistance, and fouling resistance.

Technically there is no specific time to change them IMO. It doesnt hurt anything if you change them early.
