I noticed that this unit was opening slowly due to the added weight...so I greased up the gears inside a little more and wrapped the spring coil around the rod on more time (adding more tension) now the ashtray opens with authority!!! lol...

Last one... pic of harness awaiting to be clipped into the ECU...
I currently have this connection wrapped in a plastick baggy and zip tied because after reading the AFC Neo manual it requires an initial setup before being able to start and drive the car. This stuff seemed a little confusing to me so I will wait for the dyno tuning shop to connect it, set it up and tune it...thanks for looking guys!!!

looks fantastic! keep me updated on the dyno situation! Please post a pre neo and post neo. I'm tying to get an idea of what to expect! My exhaust came sat. so I'm installing today! just need my headers to come in now! how much did the plug and play harness run you???
