Default exhaust??

I have the HKS HI Power, and think the mufflers are a little ricey and has a little bit of drone which i dont like... im considering selling it or gonna try to trade with someone

will there be any performance difference if I were to switch to a full exhaust like the LMS or Borla or Greddy?

Or should i just get myself a tanabe and pull the secondaries if i want to squeeze a little more power out

Or you can just hold out and wait for a better system. Surely there will be something out on the market to compete with Borla's power and their aweful quality control.

I wish the new f sport exhaust was a full exhaust and offered good performance

Borla is a great design. I think what he meant was the fitment and material quality being on the low side.

I am really leaning toward a Borla for my 350. I see on there website there are two full system options. One is $1200 and the other is $1300. Does anyone have the more expensive one? Is there any significant gains with it? It says intended for race use only. I live in Mn and there are no smog tests, so I dont think it would be a big deal unless it is annoyingly louder. Please let me know what you guys think.

There are several threads about the Borla exhausts. Surprisingly, the street version is actually louder than the race version.

Check out the Tanabe Medalion Touring exhaust. Its made for luxury vehicles to maintain the elegeant look and tone. Under 93 db, so its pretty damn quiet.

Read all the threads with 3 unhappy people with the Borla Off Road, so that will definetly not go on my car. I think I am gonna order up some Magna Flow mufflers and go to my local exhaust shop and have them make a custom for me.
