There is no ECU mods and the most I've boosted is 5.5lbs. And from what LMS said before that's max.
Thanks for the info. Im thinking about putting my F on boost in the near future and was wondering about how MHP and Artisan tuned the car. To tell you the truth i doubt anyone has done anything groundbreaking for the newer model lexus ECU regarding tuning.

Artisan basically rebuilt their engine for their TT IS-F... and it's still only running 5 lbs of boost according to: http://videos.streetfire.net/video/F...win_636880.htm
So I'd guess they're on stock ECU with that little boost, maybe an AFC type deal with a closed loop system...
MHP hasn't replied in the GP tuning thread since January but they seem to have posted a little more recently elsewhere...might be best calling to ask what they can do for you to get an answer.

Artisan's kit is stock motor. There are a couple of guys with it installed.
And MHP has released there tune and is supposed to make like 20whp or something like that for around $1200. thing is, one of the guys who dynoed his car says that he doesnt really see a difference. Quarter mile times compared to an intake/exhaust ISF wernt what i expected them to be also. https://www.clublexus.com/forums/is-...akdown-52.html -Post 766
Oh. And is Meth injection similar to nitrous in that it doesnt need Ecu tuning if done correctly?

Sorry, I was talking about the car Artisan showed at SEMA- which had a motor with aftermarket pistons, rods, etc...
"Artisan developed a twin-turbo setup that huffs compressed oxygen into a 5.0-liter V8 equipped with AMSOIL, JE pistons and Crower rods. With a Mishimoto radiator, an Artisan exhaust"
I think the Lms kit is way better priced. Im gonna be doing a kit similar to the Artisan at a fraction of the cost. Hopefully somewhere around the LMS price.
Can you direct me to where i can find out everything that came with the Lms kit? I want to compare it to the Artisan kit because i highly doubt that A modified fuel and ignition system is needed for 5lbs of boost.
The LMS kit was a supercharger, for the IS350 engine...a 3.5L V6
The artisan kit is twin turbos, for the IS-F engine... a 5.0L V8.
I'd be pretty reluctant to draw any conclusions about what one engine needs versus the other totally different engine in totally different types of FI kits.
