If you get intake, exhaust, and header with deleted cats on a GS300 and tune it correctly with an SAFC...you should be able to gain up to 25-30hp or so. For the GS400/430, the same combo tuned correctly should yield 40-45hp increase or so. I'm sure on the numbers for the GS300, but not too sure on the GS4/430's. Correct me if I'm wrong on that.
I did an extensive search before purchasing mine and found out that no one really has any dyno data to prove Hp/Torque increase over stock. You can fell it on the high end but of course I haven't dyno'd my car either.
