Default After accident...vibration problems?

I just got my car back from the shop after 4 weeks. The shop had to replace one of my 19" wheels, wheel bushings, control arm and steering rack (other than asthetics). Now when I hit 60mph my steering wheel shakes a lot! Before it shook only a little bit and only sometimes at this speed; what can this be?
