Default Curious

If i were to get a front Clip from a Aristo and swap in a 2jz TT, what wiring would i have to redo ( would i have to remove the EGT ). Also what if i wanted to convert from auto to manual what would i have to do. I'd like to do put the supra 6spd in the car as well please let me know.
