will this exhaust tip fit? advice pls!
all,
i am thinking about getting some carson tuned exhaust tips (from a CL member) and have them welded on to the stock exhaust.
The dimensions of the carson tips are:
- outlet diameter = 4"
- inlet diameter = 3"
- length = 9"
my question is, will this fit? I've read that the stock inlet diameter is 2.25"-2.5". will it be a problem trying to weld a 3" inlet diameter onto a 2.5" ???
what about the length of 9"? will it stick out from the bumper too much? I have an RMM kit.
most of the borla/magnaflow tips i have seen for sale are 2.5" inlet, 4" outlet and anywhere from 4"-7" in length.
basically i just need to know if these will fit a stock exhaust or not.
