What I liked about the JoeZ was that you were able to use the OEM ram air intake. I just added a K&N drop-in.

JOEZ = quiet and effective
INJEN = somewhat "loud" but not effective (my thoughts)

go for injen if you want the looks and sound.
go for joez if you want similar to stock sound, but better airflow then stock.

From best to not, IMHO:
Stock-JoeZ-(all other SRI's (K&N, Injen, LMS, Fujita, etc.))

I went from Injen to the Joe Z. I liked the Injen but the Joe Z just feels better. The Injen was loud but the car seems to like the Joe Z more Not to mention that I've been getting better gas mileage with the Joe Z. Don't want to say it's because of the intakes, but...

If you are planning on getting an exhaust as well the Joe Z matched with the HKS is a great sounding car. I had the Injen with Tanabe, Injen with HKS, and Joe Z with HKS and Joe Z with HKS WINS.

Does the Injen give you that little performance boost like the JoeZ?

From reading in the forums it looks like you might actually lose power with the SRI's on this car. Supposedly the JoeZ gives a 4-5hp boost, thats pretty good for the price. K&N is supposedly one of the better ones with the heatshield but I dont think it gives any hp boost compared with JoeZ, only sound.
