I use a Hayden personally, Flex-A-Lite is also a good brand. Get something a little larger if you have doubts, it's always better to have a little more cooling than less for the tranny, especially if your going to be running a large stall in it. Your going to love the PI Tc though, HUGE difference off the line

I have mine done the same way as JPI except on the other side. I think mounting it lower down on the condensor is much cleaner looking than running lines all the way to the top wether they are hard lines or not.

Btw- The little plastic mounts work just fine and have held up on every single car I've used them on (over 20). I'm sure JPI can tell you the same thing.

I have mine mounted where JPI mounted his and I may even have the same cooler as him. I think I got the B&M 70264 if memory serves me right. It's a big cooler. Maybe overkill for my application, but I like it

I just bought a B&M 70264 and plan to install myself soon. The genuine Lexus A/T rad kit here is ~ €2000!!!

JPI,
The Lexus own aftermarket cooler has the hose connectors at the TOP of the rad, you have them installed at the bottom! Probably to avoid air-locks so the cooler will always be 100% full of fluid.

Here is the TSB for the A/T cooler.

The factory trans cooler is actually built in from the radiator.

Yes I know, there are even pics in the above attachment to show the original connectors built into the main rad.
What I am saying is the Lexus's own retrofit secondary cooler has the plumbing at the top of it, unlike the way you have it mounted.

Can Any of yall take pics of the in and out lines from the tranny side? Thanks
Would a fuel line be ok as well? I cant find any tranny lines for some reason.

Should be ok to use fuel lines. Fuel lines are made to tolerate harsher chemical substances and higher line pressures.

There isn't any air pocket or pressure drop if you mount the cooler this way.

Some of the thickness of fuel lines aren't thick enough but it will work. Your local hose store would carry these items.

I dont think there will be any air pockets. Have you seen the pressure/flow of the fluid? You'll only induce air into the system if the fluid doesn't flow enough to reach the top portion of the tranny cooler. Even if there was little amount of air in there, the fluid pressure/flow would have pushed the air into the return line
