The biggest difference is a price, the lexus version is alot more expensive.

I'm in the same boat as you. From what I have seen there isn't much of a difference in terms of performance however the regular HKS is a more circular design while the Lexus HKS is more oval. I personally like the looks of the Lexus HKS better.

Oh ok .. ya i saw some pics of the lexus brand it looked better now keyword was "looks" but i dont know if there is any sound difference..

$439 is pretty cheap .. i agree Compared to lets say 1,229.00.

Thats a good $790.00. I could spend that on a video mod for my non ml unit.

Well i can still say im not decided. Im still very confused. But i have settled my decision on the HKS brand.

$1500 MSRP for the OEM one!

$1000 difference.....hell, I'd go non-lexus HKS!

The tips on the non-Lexus HKS can't be replaced like they can on most other mufflers. The coffee can tips are huge all the way to the muffler body.

I have the non-HKS, and I'm happy with it, but I kind of wish I had gotten the Tanabe. I don't think I would ever consider the OEM HKS exhaust when the Tanabe is so similar and cheap.

I would way rather go with the NON LEXUS HKS (saving my loot for rims). I bought mine yesterday from the group buy, but personally went to Carson Toyota. The total came out to $469.71. Luis also reminded me that this HKS exhaust does not void warranty =)
