Default Changing AT Fluid

Hi. I am about to change my AT Fluid based on the DIY website: http://lexusmodz.netfirms.com. He recommends using a new crush washer (P/N 35178-30010 or P/N 35178-50010). Should I get a new one or can I reuse the same one? Any recommendations? Thanks.

I was able to reuse mine, but I limit the washer to only 2 intervals before I change out for a new one.

You can re-use the old one but I would use a new one since they are cheap and it will prevent a leak.

I did my own tranny fluid change several times (around 10 times) and never had replaced the washer. A snug fit is all you need so then the washer can be reused with out risk of leaks.

Thanks for all the advice. I am going to buy a new one on Saturday and change it this weekend. Hope it stays warm. It is going to 4 degrees celcius. Brrrrrr!
