Default Engine bay bling

I've see a few engine bays w/ the cam cover and thermostat cover polished and thought it looked decent and not overdone. It is a good time to replace the thermostat even if it does not look like it needs it and antifreeze.
I should have my parts back and on soon.
I did notice that every car that I've seen do this (except one) was forced Induction. hum

The Before mess.

a few shops said that they would polish the 4 pieces for $240-275. I stumbled onto a small shop that would do it for $150 so I jumped on it. I saw other work in his shop and it was good.

Nicely done Gill! Looking forward to the sleeving post, I need to do mine sometime

Member 'blackdiamond' formerly 'mumbles' here did it on his GS. He hasn't been real active of late, but he is now FI but wasn't when he did the bling.

Looked up his old thread... he went a little crazy and also did the intake

A long time coming.

Not sure if you were thinking of my car that had braided lines & polished parts and was non-FI ??

Well TAMR_GUS98 is another of my local members who did the polish job, plus he did the SRT intake and manifold as well. Looks pretty HAWT and not too overdone.

You can do a search of what his looks like or possibly he'll post a response here with pics.

It adds a nice touch and not really a difficult mod I think. Doing the intake cover is a little bit more involved. Did you ever get your S&S headers installed? wonder how much more your S/C will sing w/ it installed.
