you can only get 7-8psi MAX.. on s2000 so guessin it'll be about the same for our lexus...
the vortech s2000 s/c costs bout 6K... so expecting somewhere around their for the is350??

.Stock, it's 5-6si, then there's a smaller pulley for 7psi, but if you get the 9psi pulley, it's recommended you get the AEM standalone, and bigger injectors. The stock pulley WHP in that car would only be in the 40hp range, but with 7psi you should be at about 300whp.
But back on subject. Depending on your baseline, like a previous person mentioned, 28hp increase is not that much for the intitial investment. Are stock IS350s really varying that much from car to car on horsepower?
Give it time though, the IS350 is still relatively new, but with it's popularity boost should become more widely available, with people working to really find the best overall setup. Hopefully by the time I buy one

I would expect this setup to be MUCH more powerful, considering that S2000s are getting nearly 50% more power at 7 PSI.
