Need a original Exhaust System

Need some helps, I have a 2001 Lexus IS300 with the check engine light on becuase i installed the Injen intake, HP header and the Greddy exhaust system. Please advise or if any have the old parts i will try to buy it from them because I throw out all the old original parts.

go to a local auto store and most should be able to hook up and read what the CEL code is for...
some of the typical CELs - bad O2 sensor, need to clean MAF, etc...
