Ok..so some of you may have heard of my mishap(s) yesterday (I crushed in my left tailpipe). Well, this may be a blessing in disguise because now I really wanna get a new exhaust for my baby (plus more!). After hours of research I think I've finally narrowed it down to which pipes I'd like...and I'd like ya'lls opinions...

I really like the Carson tuned but @ around $1k, it may outta my league. I also really like the L-tuned but I don't wanna have to deal w/ the "drone zone" I've been reading about. Then there's the RMM, I like everything I've heard about it so far, except that unless modified, the pipes will stick out way too far. I don't wanna have to deal w/ that. So I may be going with the HKS. But I haven't heard much about them! Does anyone have the HKS exhaust? I'd like to get some feedback on them and possibly a sound clip if anyones got one...

Thanks everyone! I totally appreciate everyones help/advice/opinions...this site has definitely made my 'lexus owning experience' 10 times better than what I'd thought it would be!

I've been researching the recently posted Magna Flows option. Check into it, sounds like a great deal for us budget minded folks.

 

You might look at the Tanabe Touring Medalion, great quailty, great sound and looks as well, even with the stock bumper. It's not as loud as an HKS so if you want it loud Tanabe might not be the way to go, it's just a bit louder than stock until you get on it, then it sounds great. It'll also cost you a bit more than an HKS but way less than Carson or L-Tuned.

 

i think the rmm exhaust is magnaflow (just repackaged and price bumped a bit) and also it's not catback - just mufflers

 

i heard the tanabes, they do sound nice.
