headers?

does anyone know anything about xerd headers for a gs300? i was told it adds 12-16 RWHP and that its 100% bolt on. i.e. no mods needed. its going for 450 what do you guys think?

I am sure this has been discussed countless times. Did you search? I don't know anything about the GS300 headers but I know that is a conservative number for the 400.
