Catback question.
Dont worry, this isnt one of those "which sounds best" questions.
I did a search on that one and along with the sound clips I know what I'm looking for.
But I have a hard time distinguishing which company offers a a full system with a X pipe and which one is just for a set of rear mufflers. I'm looking for the full kit. I almost purchased the Borla because on eBay they have a picture of a complete system but then on Borlas website it states and shows thats its just the mufflers.
So can someone tell me which brands I should look into before I order something with regret, this is for a GS4.

Are you looking for a true dual exhaust with an X pipe? If so, you will have to go to a muffler shop to have one custom made.
If your looking for a cat back, I would suggest going online at L-tunedparts.com and talking to Steve Gans or Luis Salazar at Carson Toyota. Look under exhaust for your year GS, if you have not already done so.
Good Luck and post some pics after you've finally installed your exhaust.

I had mine custom made and it is awesome. In fact, I had my whole exhaust custom made with L-Tuned mufflers. Looks great and sounds mean as hell!!

Just wondering what HPs were gained from your exhaust alone. Gonna be hard to judge bc you prolly had the custom exhaust done with the addition of FI. Any dyno #s with your current set up?
I could only imagine what your exhaust sounds like.

My last dyno was 360 rwhp but I was having serious belt slippage so I couldn't build any boost. Hopefully that is all taken care of now
I better have 400rwhp now. If not I will be getting the headers which should definitely get me up there

400 HP (RWHP) seems to be a hard # to get out of the SC set up. But I don't think the headers were available for the folks that had FI in the past. Hopefully you can accomplish that.
