does anyone you know own a gs4.?. If so, try swapping the ecu and see if your car has the same issuethat is the issue before you order a new one.
i installed my srt and ecu and didn't have one problem...
I bought the car 3 weeks ago, and I don't know anyone close to me that has GS4, so probably will order a used then sell it later on if the ECU is not the problem, thanks for the suggestion thou
Everyone has mentioned that something probably got shorted out/bown. First check ALL of ypur fuses-under the hood, driverside and passenger side kick panel.
Let us know what OBD II code # you end up getting.
-checked all the wiring and the fuses, all look fine
-went to AutoZone to have the ECU scanned, the scanner shows no code was found, then I asked the guy to reset/clear the ECU, he said he's not allow to do that
-went to Toyota dealship and they want $83 to reset the code, they said it's their engine diagnosis fee and they can't do it until next wednesday
- for $83, I guess I am just go ahead and oider one of the OBD2 scanner...

Go back to Autozone and ask them if you can borrow their scanner for 2 minutes and the employee can come out with you. They just don't want to be held responsible for clearing the code if something goes wrong. But, if you clear the code yourself then it is no longer their fault. That's how I did it before I bought my scanner.
I bought mine for $200 and it is great. I have helped my friends several times with it - just never have to use it on my car because, well... because it is a Lexus

If your going to get a OBD II code reader and if your going to spen more than $120 check out the "Scangauge" http://www.scangauge.com
It reads codes and clears them.Plus it reads many engine functins and it is a trip/MPG computer. It is ugly as hell 1960's look/design but best bang for the bucks.
that is such nonsense ..that guy from autozone told you.. they have cleared codes for me in the past on my other vehicles... and they did it recently for one of my friends...
oh by the way there is a group buy going on at carsons (CL vendor) $435 shipped...
Real good people over there ...they will take care of you..

I bought a one-day subscription of Lexus Manual from TIS website, and found out that my symptoms exactly match the following under brake troubleshooting section
“Brake Hydraulic booster power system failure”
I read the diagnoses procedure and it looks too complicated for me to fix it and require some special tools, so I took my car to the Toyota dealership near me
$249 and 3 hours later, they found a bad brake harness and they replaced it, everything backed to normal now
Thanks for the support and info guys, Club Lexus for Life!!!
