Default Need an advice from professionals.

I am thinking between Zex Wet Nitrous system and PI Dragon TC for my GS3. However, my knowledge and driving experience is definitely not enough to make the right choice. Which one would you guys recommend? I mean, power-wise which one will at least make me close to stock GS4? I know TC doesn't really add any horses, but creates better torque and makes the car faster off the start. So, what is the opinion of professionals?

Thank you.

IMO.... Nitrous will get you closer to the power of a GS4 (assume 75-shot or greater). BUT it's also much more maintenance with regular refills, more moving parts, bottle warmers, etc. You have to be much more aware and educated about 'when' to use the nitrous or you can harm your engine. With the TC you just mash the gas.

The TC will help primarily at launch, the NO2 will help through a broader RPM range.

Of the two, I'd personally go with the TC for the safety and consistency (and reduced risk) even though it won't be as much of an increase in performance.

One other thing to think about... for the cost of either of these + installation, also consider selling your GS3 and simply buying a similar GS4 and moving some of your existing mods over if they are something you did yourself.

Thank you for the opinion and advice.

I wouldn't want to sell my GS though, 'cause it's been so reliable for almost 7 years I own it - no any major problem. And if I get a GS4 of the same year who knows how weared it will be; plus I won't be able to reinstall my SRT intake on GS4

If you want GS4 power, then the TC won't do it. I don't have enough knowledge on NOS to try and sway you one way or another.

Well, if turbo was an option for me I would put it in question here. Unfortunately, financialy I can only afford either NOs or TC...

That is the thing with the 2GS3. If you are OK with the power, it is a very nice car.

If you are not, short of FI, other tweaks won't go as far. If you REALLY want GS4 power (and no more than that), the best thing to do is to "swap" cars. Sad but true. I have a GS3 too so I've been down this road too.

Thanks for your concern, Neo.

If I could just afford both TC and NOs, I think I would be satisfied with the power for GS3. But now I'm still trying to make a choice....

You don't have to do them both at once.
