Awesome it exactly the sound I was looking for just right for the V-8. Plus the warranty was a big factor in my decision. The exhaust will last as long as I own the car and not to mention BORLA customer service hands down the best any question or problems their right their to help. I got my exhaust for $490.00 shipped from www.ajusa.com

 

Anyone know if it works on the 05 430's and anybody have a sound clip, please let me know also any pics of it on a gs, let me know...

Is there anyway maybe you can take a clip of your exhaust , you have the borla right ???, how do you like it i only want an exhaust for better performance but would like it to be as quiet as it can be almost stock like, and i wanna maybe just add a drop in KN filter nothing crazy, thanks for the info by the way..........

 

Well... the sound of mine isn't going to be what you want to hear because it is nothing like stock... I've always had the (loud) SRT intake or a supercharger on the car while I've had the exhaust.

There are a couple of clips already out there you can listen to.

Please if anyone has an almost stock GS with a borla exhaust with maybe a sound clip, please send it to me, thanks..........

 

I really like the look of the borla in that it doesn't have the big cannisters sticking down. The borla is just axle-back though right? Are there any aftermarket full catback exhausts that are the same (don't have the big cannisters sticking down)?

 

I'm not too sure but i think borla is the only one that has a stock look to it what i'm curious and kinda worried about is the sound difference over a stock exhaust, not looking for anything loud at all....

 

Are you looking for that Corvette Z06 sound or a Taxi? Borla is the way to go. It has a nice burble to it like a performance car should sound Not too loud). If your looking for a quiet sound stick with stock exhaust system. Just my 2cents

 

Which exhaust is the most low key for the GS430 the borla or the L-tuned ??? Or maybe another ???
