Question

ok the Limited Slip Differential from RMM or Ltune both would give the GS400 a better pick up ,, my question is Would it effect my top speed ,,,,,, or would my mid range be slower ,,, I remember reading one or the other gets effected thank you

The RMM unit is actually the Supra TT rear end with 3.76 gear ratio. You GS top speed is governed by the ECU at 150mph. Even with 3.76 ratio, your GS can go higher than 150mph, so it won't affect your top speed.

I don't think L-tune has the LSD. It's the TRD unit which is just the clutch section. You need to use your stock ring gear with the unit. So basically it'll give you better traction with the same acceleration and sfift point as stock ones.

BBD,

You may be referring to the L-Sportline LSD, which sounds similar to the RMM. Search under the keywords "limited slip" in the forum because we discussed this in great lengths a couple of months back.

Result recommendation was to get the TRD LSD.
