pipe is pipe but it must be done correct. If you get ahold of a couple of aftermarket tips or mufflers, you can have a kit made, it needs to be @ least 2 1/2 inch. as far as sound, i don't know what it will sound like, it might sound good. good luck, p.s. you don't have to spend 1000.00, and you don't have to spend 500 bucks. Keep looking and get lucky.

Well I want to retain the stock appearance so I am going to keep the current pipes. The installation will be done professionally.
Can I ask why you want to add the Dynomax mufflers? Is it performance? The sound?
Can't recall if you have a GS3 or GS4?
I've seen people who add the tips for the look... but don't recall anyone who went the other way. Mufflers really are a bad performance investment on our cars by themselves.
They aren't bad for performace usually, but in general they don't deliver any real HP gains. If you're doing it just for the sound that's cool, I'd just caution you not to expect any increase in real performane (beside in your mind because of the cooler sound ).

I looking at just 2-3HP right? I know with the Dynomax Mufflers they have the highest CFM of most other brands. Sound is more important to me in all honesty. But I don't want my car to choke too.
Dynomax Super Turbos will work very nicely. Sound wise they are quieter than the straight through design that most aftermarket mufflers use. Tone is an individual choice but you will probably like the sound.
Turbo type mufflers (named for when the design was first used on the Corvair Turbo way way back in the 60s) have a basic design that is effectively 3 straight tubes with a plenum on each end. The Dynomax super turbo is one of the highest flowing of this design but is only available in aluminized steel. If you want effectively the same design but in stainless steel the Bullet SS turbo is an excellent choice.
