Default Help! Loud "Ringing" noise

I have a 1997 sc400 that has a loud ringing noise coming from what appears to be under the shifter. It gets the loudest at 40-45 mph but is constantly there from 40 up. It also happens at 20-25mph any advice would be helpful. It doesnt change with rpm only speed.

Awesome! Thank you guys so much!

Edit, this was my issue. Changed the bearing and the noise is gone along with some vibrations.
