Default Rattling tin noise?

I keep getting this rattling tin noise from under my car. It only ussually happens when I am in first gear and going like 15-25 mph. If I hit the pedal harder it quickly goes away when I go faster. So the noise only seems to happen when I am going slow and as soon as I speed up the noise goes away. It's like a light tin noise. It is very faint and with the windows up you can hardly hear it. So I was curious if anyone had idea on what it might be? Thanks
