Arrow Speedometer/Odometer problem.

I have a 97 5pd cluster, at first the mph and the odometer would not work when it was too hot outside and work when it is cooler but then it eventually broke completely so i can't see how fast I am driving, nor see the odo. A CEL code says it's the speed sensor but I replaced it, and then replaced the gears in the transmission, and checked the wiring which looked fine. I sent in the cluster into tanin auto electronix to fix but when they tested it, it came out fine and working. I'm having them replace the speedometer and odometer gauge since I don't want it sent back not working, and it'll eliminate that possibility. Is there anything else that could be making it not work on my car?

Thanks.

My '97 5spd cluster experienced the same issue - speed sensor had been replaced as well. I sent my cluster off to Tanin and they were able to fix the issue. Bad resistors if I remember correctly.

Check the grounding too. There's other stuff that shouldn't work with it if so. It's in the center console, lower left of the radio IIRC.
