Default SC400 to SC300 (parts swap)

Okay here's the sitch. I have a 1996 SC300 A/T, Non-vvti, N/A. It has some ****e wrong with it as the engine and tranny have 170k. The passenger side rear Q/P has a huge dent in it, the drivers door handle is dented in so every time I roll the window down, it pops the rod out of the plastic clip. I am about to acquire a really cheap 1992 SC400 with the only things wrong with it (as far as I know right now) is it needs a new computer and a new fuel pump. I planned on going NA-T with my SC, and was buying this SC400 mainly to interchange parts.... My question is, should I just fix up the 400 instead? Its exterior is a **** ton better than my 300 as far as I can tell, both doors seem to work fine, the only thing is the engine won't start lmao. I know the transmission are different between the two cars, so could/should I swap over the fuel pump (from the 300 -- or should I buy a new one anyway?), and swap the engines out?? OOORRRRR should I fix the 400 up and use it as my daily, and keep the 300 as a project/drift car? I need advices people!

Sorry for the messy post. I'm just trying to find the best option so I 1. Have a working/accessible vehicle and (not as important) 2. Have a fun vehicle. I don't necessarily need both but that would be cool lol. Please and thank you anyone.
