Default How do I get this off?

This little vacume bracket hugging the rear bolt on the clamshell, I was going to bend it back. Just wanted to check before I go after it.

Not the lines, look at the bolt to the right of the manifold recessed in the pic, there is a bracket around that and is pretty snug to it. I'm just wondering how to get that off the safe way.
