Default 2jzgte vvti vs non vvti and front and rear sump

Hey guys, I'm sorry I advanced if this thread is already up. But I'm looking to swap my 98 sc300 to a twin turbo motor to start and have seen all different kinds of motors. What I want to know is what is the difference between the vvti and non vvti for my 98 which has a vvti motor in it. And if my car would need a front sump motor or rear sump. Thanks guys
