Default Used car maintenance

My car has probably about 180k, the timing belt looks good, but the thing leaks oil from a few places, probably due from Dumb a** Previous owner overfilling trans and engine oil. So far i have Parts for
-oil filter
-pvc valve
-cabin filter
-dayco poly rib belt
-bwd distro rotor
-bwd cap
-Ngk wire set
- Beck/arnley camshaft seal (i need 2 correct?)
-Felpro Plug gasket
-Felpro valve cover gasket set
-Moog Swaybar bushing
- Felpro Oil pan gasket
-Felpro auto trans gasket
- Purolator fuel filter
-Dayco curved lower rad hose
-Intake manifold gasket set (do i need both or just one?)
-felpro exhaust mani gasket set
-stant thermostat 180
-Ngk iridium ix (bkr5eix-11)heat 5, gap 11 is correct right?

Anything else? Should i do timing belt water pump while im in there? If so what do i need? Also im ordering from advance auto as i can get 40% off. Eventually i want to swap trans- probably w58 cause its cheap, then go na-t and shoot for 300-350. I dont think i want to do head gasket/ arp studs yet. But should i pickup another 2jz from the Pull a part for a spare/ to build then just swap out for na-t since mine leaks or will all the parts cover all the seals that are probably leaking?

Oil leaks are almost certainly oil pan, which iirc you need to drop the engine to change. Mine's bad too. Not worth dropping. Lol.
