Need more info, what kind of fuel you planning on running? What engine management? I have a similar goal and am running e85, MS3x, 264 cams, and a 61mm Borg Warner. I shouldn't have any issues reaching that at 30psi.

Same numbers on 91 octane is a whole different story.

Cheaper and better is almost never an option together. It's either one or the other. Lol.

Check out megasquirt. full standalone, 1/3rd the cost. Main problem with them is finding somebody comfortable tuning them, since they're not AEM, Haltech, or the other big ones. http://diyautotune.com

If you are not into wiring then you should stay far far far... very far away from a megasquirt unit.
aem ems v1 is probably what you want.

you might want to look into getting a shop to do your build if you arent good at wiring...
just saying youll want to do the CoP conversion, map install, iat install. just to name a few things that take wiring...

Since you're running 91 pump, you'll need a decent sized turbo to try and make 650whp, probably 66-67mm range minimum. If you were running better fuel (leaded/e85/etc) you'd be able to hit that with a smaller turbo in the 60mm range. Add to that our higher compression motors aren't going to be as friendly on 91 pump.

I was going to switch to e85 asap. Maybe the same time I do the turbo kit install.
