Post Tried to fix my Door Hinge Pop. Got Worse!

I tried the 7 second fix by removing one of the bolts on the hinge, provided by O.L.T.

Here is my video of what is going on. It seems to make a little bit of a popping sound when I close the door fully like near the very end before it closes all the way..

Should I put a 10mm bolt back in? Or did I remove the wrong bolt or something?

What is the best advice to get this door properly working again without popping!

Is it supposed to be sticking out like in the video?
OLT posted pictures and mine doesn't look too similar to his.

Video Here:

your door is popping on your fender, some ppl have the issue inside the actual joint but the worse case is when the door is popping on the fender and the only way i've seen of fixing that is replacing the door hinge, which isn't hard at all. four bolts hold the door to the hinge, and then 6 bolts hold the hinge to the car. unscrew and screw back on. very simple. and you also have to disconnect a few plugs underneath the carpet, they're connected to the door.

I mean is it a bad thing it is doing that?

Does some silicone (liquid lube) help to free up this issue?

If it's popping on your fender, it will bend it eventually. If you dont wanna break down and buy a new one, I'll go ahead and dig this gold up.The "soarer" hinge in detail.

I mean the way O.L.T did it by shaving the metal, would this fix the issue i'm having? Or do I have to replace the door support itself?

I did the same fix and it's flawless. Looking at the design, if that doesn't fix the noise, your hinge has some serious issues and you ought to get a new one.
