Default Failed Smog after engine swap to 2JZGE

2JZGE into SC4. Here's my test. What should I start with? No Check Engine Light, but still maybe O2 sensor? Or Cats? Just need to get tags and dont wanna go bootleg smog

Default sc300 failed smog

definitely start with o2 sensors but most likely the cats do tend to go out and be bad to fail a smog

DAMNIT! I wanted to take a look at which pulley is potentially causing my terrible squealing since I have a smaller belt on. I had to delete the A/C pulley after it seized last year, and since then the belt has stopped playing nice, and now takes forever to warm up enough to shut up.

So yeah... popped the hood, notice a plug next to the alternator just chillin by itself. "Hmm wonder where that goes? Hey look, there's the O2 Sensor I need to swap out so i can pass smog... Oh... look, its not plugged in either..." [/plugs O2 sensor into above mentioned plug]

SMH, hopefully that's the only reason I failed smog.

o2's. high HC and CO2 could also be cats but since you have abnormally low Nox, that indicates you have very low combustion temps which means you have a bunch of unburnt fuel cooling the cylinder down. insert o2's and try again.

that is odd they can't check the timing, its pretty easy to do on a 95 or a 96
