Default new own. Help?

Ok. I just purchased a 2003 IS300 5 speed with a 2JZGTE swap for a weekend fun car. When the motor was swapped, the shop bypassed the heater (weekend car, no big deal). Well. long story short. My dad and I were on our way home with this new toy when a tree fell on the hood of my daily driver and totaled it. Winter is coming and I have no heat. So... my question is what hoses do I need to hook the heater up (stock or custom) or is it not even possible? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
