Fuel Pump Strainer
As I have read on numerous threads while searching, most tend to say "dont worry about th fuelpump strainer filter unless you need to replace your pump already" since I just bought my first Lexus, and previous maint records were very, umm limited, I bought a new fuel filter, and pump strainer filter. The job took about an hour, and it was needed very badly. Next time you have your seat out. I highly recommend this. Its about 7$ to do. Also silicone that plate back in. dont rely on the factory sticky stuff.

If you were that far in there I would have gone ahead and installed a new fuel pump. It's not an expensive part and it's the same labor you already did. Then you've replaced the 20 yr old part with a new one.

As long as its putting out proper pressure, itll stay. Ive got more to replace that requires the seat out again anyway. The car needs my financial attention elsewhere.
