Default SC freaked out.. died.. then was fine? looked everywhere

So anyone that saw my other thread knows I was confused as F when I bought my SC.. a lot was wrong with it from the get-go.. and I was trying to learn about the 2JZ along with the more engineering side of motors.. where-as i only knew the basics..
So I get to this point.. bare with me..
I have absolutely looked everywhere for 5 hours trying to figure this out..

I hit boost.. low boost about 3/4 throttle giving a friend a spin.. layed slowly on the throttle.. and slacked off, nothing violent because I try to baby it for now.. and it runs like crap when its boiling outside unless its on high boost..
Out of nowhere.. the gauges flip on and off multiple times.. the radio keeps turning on and off.. car is rhythmically backfiring every 4 seconds.. i guess since Walbros are hooked to the power..
I bail into a parking lot.. check the battery connections, everything under the hood.. every single thing..
Then the car randomly just shuts off..
Wont respond to anything.. the ding noise with key in the ignition was fine.. until the key was turned to accessory point, and it would just dim out like the battery was dead.. gauges not lighting up or anything..
Called for a jump pack.. while waiting.. I tried it about 4 minutes later..
The car started right up... not had a problem since..

What. The. Heck. ?

Alternator checked fine at 13.6.. battery is fine..

Could be a loose ground. Or a short in the harness somewhere. At least take the time to go through the harness when you get some free time to make sure there are no loose grounds or wires and to make sure there are no bare copper wires showing.
