strange tachometer

Default strange tachometer

Hi
I have a little strange problem with my tachometer. it shows a few thousand rpm error.
at idle, the 200 rpm and at full throttle it stops at about 4500 rpm, but the engine going until the rev limiter as usual

Just try tapping it, if that doesn't work try cleaning your connections

I second that.. prolly the motor is going out. I had a SC400 that had that problem. Swapped the motor and good to go. Also check to see if the needle is fully secured and not on too tight. Cant be but a few things here.
