Default gauge cluster needles...

does anyone have a DIY for the needles? rpm and speedo needle doesn't light up and was hoping to fix it soon. please let me know any info regarding this.

Nope. Cause for many years I've been responsible enough not to put people in a position where they'll kill their cluster. Screw with the backlight all you want, less than 10% of the people reading this site can do the needles without destroying the motor assemblies or worse. They are more delicate than crystal.

...and when you do screw up this is what the motor will look like.

Haha, oh man... far too familiar sight.
But hey... at least my car runs "fully cold" all the time now .

All I'm saying is don't screw with them. A few people can pull it off, most can't. Everything I have done or not done since 2003 here has a specific reason. I have 45+ DIY's over 6+ yrs but not that or I'd be responsible for a thousand dead clusters.

OLT, how much do you charge for replacing or fixing the needles.. rpm and speedo is not working.. also, where are you located?
