Na-t vvti do I use a tt head gasket?

Default Na-t vvti do I use a tt head gasket?

Just curious as I bought the tt head gasket thinking this is what I need but a good friend say it won't work, Any truth to this ?

The only way I see it not working is if the Tt headgasket doesn't have the oil port for the vvti. If you have both headgasket you could compare.

tt headgasket mounts the same as oem vvti headgasket .. oil port for vvti is fed from drivers side of block on the actual side of it ..

use the tt headgasket and arp studs and you can make 400rwhp safely provided its tuned right . anything past that mark , ringlands become a real issue then the rods .. vvti oem bottomend is not very forgiving ..

I was holding the 2 gaskets together and there was a few passages that did not line up together but is this common practice to just use the tt gasket?

Tt is fine. I use them all the time on vvti na-t is300 that I build

Ok good to hear I figured this is what people were doing kind of like the 2j gasket on a 1j which works just not all of the holes line up but it has proven it self over and over again, This is my 1st na-t project so I was unsure but thanks for confirming this
