Default 1JZ-GTE Bad turbos?? Please help

I have a 1jz in my sc300 with stock twins. I was driving and took the car to about 7000 and heard a little pop and the exhaust started smoking slightly light grey. I drove it home like that with grey smoke trailing behind me. There is a bit of a burning smell, the car starts up fine, doesn't make any weird noises. It doesn't sound like the turbos are spooling correctly. I noticed a little bit of oil under the rear turbo. When ever I give it gas it throws out a lot of grey/white smoke.

No overheating, milky substance under radiator cap, knocking, and all I/C couplers look good.

Any ideas how to verify if it is my turbos that are bad? I don't want to shell out $1700 for a driftmotion kit if that isn't the issue.

Thinking about doing the 57 trim .70 A/R billet wheel. Ya'll think this should work out ok at 12psi with out a tune and stock injectors for now?
