how to swaps
NON-VVTI : https://www.clublexus.com/forums/per...onversion.html
VVTI : https://www.clublexus.com/forums/per...t-gt3582r.html

My opinion, if your wanting to build a monster go non vvti, if you wanna build a fun weekend or daily driver go vvti. If i were to purchase another 2jz compatible vehicle i'd go with the vvti.

Thanks everyone for all the personal opinions it did help.
But i think im just going with the non vvti.
Now my friend here accountx2 is helping me out with the swap and we have a good question.
Does anyone here knows someone who can fabricate an FMIC for the sc300.
I been looking everywhere xspower ebay and some other forums but most of them need modifications... if anyone here know someone who can make an exact fit on for the sc300 with the gte engine please let me know.

^^^^ Nice choice!

There is a piping kit they sell on Ebay it's for an MK4 Supra it fits the SC, But it's not made out of aluminum. So if you are looking for a nice aluminum piping kit , you may have to make you own or have a shop make you one.
Or buy you own pipings and have account2x cut them and route them for you , mark and lable them then have someone weld them for you. That will be the cheapest way to have a nice piping kit.
I am sure you are in good hands i have seen his work before.

Just get a universal core and have a shop fab some intercooler piping for you, that way you want have to go coupler crazy and can route it the exact way you want it.

You asked for suggestions but don't like the answer, good luck with this build senor
Your also making 900hp. A stock GTE does not need a 3k fuel system.

Agreed!!!! I started where pretty much everyone started , the point was to say that the love and quest for HP becomes like a drug and the word cheap does not fit in swapping motors for upgrades like boost, we all become hp junkies.

I've been building my own cars for 12+ years and learning from the failures and fortunately or unfortunately they all cost money and reality is I have blown up more 1J's and 2J's then most have seen and through trials and Lots of tuition($$$$$) have figured out most of the pitfalls of creating what you see in my signature, as that is my current toy but the past has had 600+hp 1j's,700+hp 1j's and numerous 2j's built for others and I still remain on these threads to try and help, but this is not a cheap sport/hobby!
