92 SC 400 Ecu Kickdown "Mod"
I was looking at the following thread
"https://www.clublexus.com/forums/performance-and-maintenance/422256-sc400-kickdown-lag.html"
disconnect SLN- (Red/Black wire on pin 13) from the ecu and try it again. you'll feel a difference.
Wondering if anyone can point me to exactly which wire to disconnect. Thanks

This thread has all the info.
The link is the last page which includes a pic of the wire. This isn't a magic cure but it does prevent the transmission from purposely slipping to reduce the power to the wheels. It's a win for you (power) and a win for the transmission (less heat & wear).
I would not do this mod until your car is driving properly. It throws a code (no CEL though) and that may make it harder to diagnose any trans issues you actually have.
