Default The necessary parts for A340 to R154??

Sorry in regards, to asking this if this has been ask many times already. But I couldn't get the thorough answers that I wanted. Been searching for hours and hours...

But anyways are these the necessary parts that I need to collect, for this swap to be successful?
I have a '97 SC300 BTW...

2JZ-GE ECU 5-speed [OBDII] ( got this just today )
R154 transfer case
Crossmember/Subframe
Master and slave cylinder clutch
1jz bellhousing
R154 Yoke or MKIII front half of driveshaft???
OEM Bellhousing bolts
R154 transmission mounts
Clutch pedal assembly

Also based on what I read here, the MKIII's R154 transmission is mechanical and the Soarer's speedo cable is electric am I correct? Need this confirmed so that Marlin Crawler's VSS can be on my must-have list I really want a proper speedo reading on the cluster. lol
The only problem is that I've only read that Marlin Crawler's VSS was only successful when people do the W58 to R154 swap.

Post any clarifications please.

Yes please, but I don't know about having to get this stickied. I am sure that this has been done plenty of times. Just cant find a thread similar to this anywhere...

After researching a bit on google, am I correct that the auto 91-00 SC300's tranny is the A340??
