Default IACV problem?? (pics)

hey guys new to the forums and the sc400 but i pick one up and i am in love with it, i have seen people talking about cleaning the IACV due to not starting without the assists of the gas pedal and erratic idle, I is doing the same thing so i decided to clean my IACV also, After I removed the IACV i noticed on the nipple side of the valve the nipple is bent. As stated before i am new to the car and i havent read about anyone else having a bent nipple. I took the whole valve apart to reveal a spring and shaft, the shaft is straight and the nipple on the end is bent slightly, Is this suppose to be like this or am I going to need a new IACV? Here are some pics to show what i am explaining.

That's definitely not going to seal properly. I'd start looking for a new (used) ISC.

New, the cheapest price is $700 so find a used one, clean and lube it, and enjoy.
