1995 SC400 Exhaust
Ok so i've recently been upgrading my exhaust on my SC slowly. So far i've deleted both resonators, removed stock mufflers and replaced with other magna flow like mufflers and new tips. Where should I go from here to get a more deeper and a bit louder sound. I don't want it super loud as it is still an SC400 not a 1970 Chevelle. Should i go the X-Pipe true dual exhaust route? Would love to hear some ideas.

I have an x pipe for the SC, if you are interested. If you have already deleted the resonators, next step would be the cats, but it might throw a code. if your car has three, delete one at a time to get the loudness you are looking for. JMO.

I am just so undecided. I've heard that if you add an x-pipe you can lose torque. I've looked into straight piping it to the mufflers which aren't stock anymore.I'm not looking to spend a ton of money but want it to keep that deep tone just want it to be a bit louder. When I removed the resonators it increased the deepness a lot. My exhaust shop told me it would be good to do a x pipe and a true dual but I just don't know if I should just straight pipe it and if that would increase the loudness or not.

What will just removing the center cat do to improve sound? Will it be raspy? I'm looking for a deeper tone and louder. I'm keeping the mufflers I have since they're custom and I just bought them. Resonators made it sound a bit deeper. Just don't know where to go from here.
