Does any one know the part number for this rubber piece that sits between the shifter housing on a R154? Mines was missing when I bought it form the previous owner, He told me he took it out for tighter shifting? I tried searching on here but no luck. Thanks

 

^Belive its called a retainer gasket not sure on the part # tho, never herd of the tighter shifter from that either..

 

Retainer gasket sounds alot better haha thanks. Yup I didn't quite understand it myself when he told me that, so far it shifts just like a regular R154 nothing noticeably different. I need one because my shifter housing is leaking oil.

 

dont forget the special metal spacers x6. Per the link its called oil baffle plate
