Default Shifter shaking/shuttering while braking

Okay, I tried searching and didn't come up with much (now my search won't work at all?), but whenever I brake, no matter if its hard or soft going fast or slow, my automatic shifter moves a ton..just back and forth. Any ideas why?

Possibly rear engine/transmission mount? Mine does the same and I'm planning on changing out all mounts at next major service (200k kms).

Had something like this happen on my SC when I first bought it...Like the shifter shakes VIOLENTLY when you hit the brakes?

Do you notice the car pulling to one side when braking? - Thats what mine did; I believe a sticking/frozen pad or something was causing it because it went away after I drifted/braked the **** out of it.
