Yes sir. But only for now. Trust me though, when I go back, its gonna go all the way and then some. For now though just a peppy NA. So you think that will work with my motor? Im guessing the only true difference is that the 00-05 IS300's had VVTi? no change in bolt pattern of the exhaust manifold?

Im guessing it should be okay also. 2JZ-GE. However I think alot of aftermarket headers you might have to make adjustments. You using this to replace your turbo mani? VVTi only difference is internally (head, cams, etc). I believe that part is interchangeable. I wish i still had my IS300 so I could tell you for sure.

Yea of course. Im going back to NA. Why? And as for adjustments, those tend to be inevitable in the world of auto-enthusiasts.

Oh wait... ashtray I found something the power of search!

"btw the 97 headers are the same as 92-96. it wasnt untill 98 where vvti came into the story.

not to mention, vvti headers have a different bolt pattern and i dont believe anyone has made headers for your cylinder head of the vvti.

sorry. only upgrade for the ugly :P haha. jk. just keep the oem bro, being the vvti and vvti headers, your at max already "

So you need non VVTi headers based on this quote from fenderub.
My old 97 was non-VVTi as well.

Small quick question. I got an OBX header, and it was titled as 93-97 2JZGE to be mated with Supra's...I figured the SC's GE was the exact same, but I got it and the holes dont line up with all the bolts. Is this a manufacture defect...or is the Supra's GE different I personally think that it is a manufacture defect. Thanks for your ideas in advance.

Im pretty sure its a manufacture defect as the ge motors should be exactly the same.

Yea I figured. Lets see if they respond by Monday or Tuesday at the latest. If they dont, negative feedback for them If they decide to ship me another, Im gonna request much faster shipping because it took them a week and half to get it here with a 32.00 dollar shipping charge.

I hope so as well. If it takes to long I'll just put the stock header back on, but the reason im waiting for them is because once I get the exhaust made, Id hate to have to go back again once I do get the OBX or Xerd, or whichever I can get my hands on...quick.
